HCA is a private, chartered, 501c3 Christian school dedicated to educating children in Biblically based principles and academics.

Admissions Procedures

Do you like what you see? Let's start the Admissions process!

Step 1:  Private school tour and interview with Principal Dave Roeser. Parents/guardians and students should be present for this interview.

Step 2:  Following the tour, parents/guardians will be notified by phone of the student(s) acceptance status.

Step 3:  Upon acceptance, parents/guardians will then be given an enrollment package. All forms in the admissions packet must be completed for each child. 

   Forms Required:​

  • Application for Enrollment

  • Medical History

  • Student Record Release/Report Cards

  • Pastor/Youth Pastor Recommendation 

  • Copy of Student Birth Certificate

  • Certificate of Legal Guardianship/Custody (if applicable)​​

 

​Step 4:  When all required forms are returned in completion, students will be schedule for Diagnostic Testing.

Registration and testing fees are to be paid at this time.

Step 5: Both parents/guardians and student(s) must attend a meeting with the student's supervisor to discuss testing results and classroom placement.

Because our school is an extension of the home, parents are expected to be committed to the established Biblical principles and practices on which we have stood for many years. Hametown Christian Academy Inc. is an integral part of the church ministry. Parents and guardians are to assume their Scriptural responsibility to belong to and regularly attend a Bible-believing church with their children. Hametown Christian Academy Inc. reserves the right, after parental conference, to dismiss any child who fails to comply with the established regulations and discipline or whose parents do not assume their responsibility to the educational ministry described in the Hametown Christian Academy Inc. Student Handbook.

Hametown Christian Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in regard to all recruiting, employment, educational programs, admission policies, scholarship and work load programs, athletics or any other school administered program. Hametown Christian Academy reserves the right to refuse admission to any student if it has been determined that their actions or lifestyle violate Biblical principles.

Specifically: homosexuality, trans-genderism and trans-specieism in all forms are not accepted and are disqualifying for hiring, admission and participation for anyone in any capacity.
